I am so excited to have booked my tickets to Kinky Hair Unlocked, an event organized by 4C Hair Chics and sponsored by Dark and Lovely Au Naturale. There will be several guest speakers including some of our favorite natural hair bloggers, vloggers, and celebrity stylist Felicia Leatherwood. The event is geared toward helping women with kinkier textures learn how to style and care for their natural hair "like the pros" and to achieve their healthy hair and length goals. The event will be held on Friday, April 24 in Atlanta, GA. If you are in Atlanta or the surrounding area, please consider attending this event. I'm sure it will be worth your while.

I live 45 minutes from the city, but Friday is not good for me because I work weekends only. I wish I could be there.

DeleteI'll be driving down from TN, about an hour and a half drive. One of my girlfrieds is fully natural, she's going to come with. I took that Friday off from work so I could go. I think it will be fun! Let me know if your plans change!
I have never been to a big natural hair event. Sounds like fun especially being in Atlanta. Take lots of pictures! Can't wait to hear about your experience.
